Morning practices for an aligned life.

ASK FOR GUIDANCE

Every morning, I begin by asking for guidance. This simple practice sets the tone for my day, helping me to:

  • Say the things I’m meant to say.

  • Hear the things I’m meant to hear

By consciously seeking guidance, I become a better listener, even in silence. This practice enhances my ability to facilitate meaningful conversations and interactions in my life and work.

How to Practice:

  • Find a quiet space each morning.

  • Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and ask for guidance.

  • Be open to receiving messages and insights throughout your day.

SET INTENTIONS

Setting intentions is crucial for everything we do, no matter how small. By being intentional, we align our actions with our highest good and purpose.

Daily Intentions Practice:

  • Morning: Set an intention for your day. Ask yourself, "How do I want this day to serve my best and highest good?"

  • Meals: Before eating, set an intention for how you want the food to nourish your body.

  • Tasks: Approach each task with a clear intention of how you want it to unfold and the impact you wish to create.

Setting intentions helps you stay focused and aligned, creating a sense of purpose in all your actions.

PRACTICE GRATITUDE

Gratitude is the most powerful practice in my morning routine. Expressing gratitude for everything we do and receive brings immense joy and appreciation to all moments, big and small.

Gratitude Practice:

  • Morning Gratitude: Start your day by listing three things you are grateful for.

  • Throughout the Day: Acknowledge moments of gratitude as they occur.

  • Evening Reflection: End your day by reflecting on what you are thankful for.

Gratitude creates a positive feedback loop, attracting more joy and abundance into your life.

DO WHAT BRINGS YOU JOY

ncorporate more joy into your daily routine by engaging in activities you love. Whether it's dancing, singing, or any other passion, doing what brings you joy with intention and gratitude enhances your overall well-being.

Joyful Living Practice:

  • Identify activities that bring you joy.

  • Schedule time for these activities each day.

  • Approach them with gratitude and savor the experience.
