Hey, I'm Calli Tony! Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I've lived in various places before finding my way home to the beaches of Southwestern Florida. As the founder of Calli Tony LLC, I combine my passion for holistic healing with my expertise as a Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Health Coach, and Holistic Business Mentor. With 14 years of experience, I empower individuals and businesses to thrive through mindset, movement, and nutrition.
My personal journey includes overcoming challenges like bipolar disorder, addiction, anxiety, and heart disease. Through these experiences, I’ve found my purpose: helping others heal and transform their lives. I host the Alignment Blueprint podcast and lead a variety of programs and containers, where I guide clients toward holistic transformation.
My own healing began when I was hospitalized for suicidal ideations and received a powerful download from the Universe asking, "What are you grateful for?" That moment sparked my journaling practice, which has since become a life-changing tool.
