3 Steps for transforming your week.
Step 1: Set Intentions For Your Week
Why It Matters: Getting clear on how you want your week to feel in your body is crucial. Setting intentions allows the Universe to understand what you are ready to receive, attracting more of it into your life. Whether you seek abundance, ease, joy, or peace, intentions help you focus on what truly matters.
How to Practice:
Morning Reflection: Take a few moments each Monday morning to sit quietly and reflect on how you want your week to feel. Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and visualize your ideal week.
Write It Down: Write down your intentions in a journal or planner. Be specific about the feelings you want to cultivate. For example, “This week, I intend to feel joyful and at ease in all my interactions.”
Affirmations: Create positive affirmations based on your intentions. Repeat them throughout the week to reinforce your mindset. For example, “I am open to receiving joy and abundance in every moment.”
Step 2: Transform Your Relationship With You
Why It Matters: Many of us have a complicated relationship with ourselves. We often times put others before us because we don’t feel we are WORTHY of our own time. This is my invitation to you to transform that perspective and come from a place of LOVE for yourself.
How to Practice:
Weekly Dates with you: During this time, I invite you to do what you LOVE to do. Do the things that fill your cup, from a simple coffee date alone or a FULL spa day with a friend.
Gratitude Practice: During this day I invite you to write down or simply remember all of the reasons you are grateful for you! You have so much you are doing for others, so take this time to really focus on yourself.
Visualize Abundance: Visualize how you want to spend your time and how you want to experience this LIFE. Get quiet for a moment, put your hand to your heart, and FEEL into the feelings of having the life you dream of! Feel the worthiness of that and know that you and your dreams are a priority!
Step 3: Cultivate Gratitude
Why It Matters: Expressing gratitude regularly can shift your outlook and enhance your ability to receive more of what you desire. Gratitude helps you focus on the positive aspects of your life, making each moment more fulfilling.
How to Practice:
Morning and Evening Gratitude: Start and end each day by listing three things you are grateful for. These can be simple things like a delicious breakfast or a supportive friend.
Throughout the Day: Make it a habit to acknowledge things you are grateful for throughout the day. This can be as simple as taking a moment to appreciate a sunny day or a kind gesture from a colleague.
Gratitude Journal: Keep a dedicated journal where you write down things you are grateful for. Review this journal regularly to remind yourself of all the good in your life.
